Jerimy & Shannon Kanaday
Jerimy is the Worship Pastor at Destiny Worship Center. He provides oversight of the Worship, Creative and Technical areas of weekend services. In addition to leading worship at the Destin Campus, he is also responsible for coaching and providing leadership for the worship staff at the regional campuses and other venues. Jerimy has served on staff at Destiny since October of 2007. Prior to coming to Destin, Jerimy lived in Gainesville, Georgia and served as a Worship Leader. Jerimy and his wife Shannon enjoy developing worship culture through discipleship, teaching, and music. They have been married since 2000 and have two wonderful children: Hope and Josiah.

Cutler Petersen
Cutler is the Residential Director at the Emerge Leadership Academy. After completing an internship at Bethany World Prayer Center, Cutler was certain that he was called to full time ministry. He has been with Destiny since March 2005. Cutler's role will help lead and maintain both the campus and the interns. Prior to coming to Destiny, Cutler attended an internship at Bethany World Prayer Center and became part of staff. After moving back to Destin, Fl he began volunteering at Destiny and has become part of the full time team.

Jamie Stiffler
Jamie is the Resident Assistant for the ladies at the Emerge Leadership Academy. Jamie has recently moved to Destin from Pittsburgh, PA after God called her to the area last September. She has been with Destiny Worship Center since September 2011. Prior to coming to Destin, Jamie was the General Manager of Chick-Fil-A in Greensburg, PA. She has a B.A. in Communications from Point Park University and is currenty employed with the Chick-Fil-A in Niceville, Fl. Jamie is so thrilled to be a part of the Emerge team and to have the opportunity to minister to the young adults of this generation.

Robert Guagliardo
Robert is the Resident Assistant for the men at the Emerge Leadership Academy. Robert has been with Destiny Worship Center since October 2001 and has always felt called to work with the next generation. Robert lives in the dorm with the guys and works to create and maintain a healthy environment for the academic and personal growth of the students. Robert has lived on the Emerald Coast his whole life. He has been very involved at Destiny Worship Center, volunteering in multiple ministries throughout the church. Robert has worked at Nike since 2010 but has a passion for God's house and His people.
